two quick questions Gordon (and all)

are you able to tolerate quinoa? have read various opinions (not on whether YOU could tolerate them but eating seeds in general with diverticulitis/losis)

and about sugar? processed sugar or no agave, pineapple juice, etc.?

on a related note, I ride the metro bus to work downtown and there is a young man that sells cookies (and sells out EVERYDAY), wrapped two together, out of a tupperware container. so he's picking up $20 -30 dollars riding bus.
