That's, okay. Most people AND some business owners, are not cut out to be in business for themselves.
They're in love with the dream, not the realities surrounding it.
The good news is, they'll buy reports all day long, cause it feeds their fantasy.
They end up with shelves or hard drives full of reports, that they've only dreamt about.
That's okay, too. Their money is as green as everyone else's
You have damned near talked me into writing a few reports to sell online.
I've been holding out, because I can't stand the thought, of dealing with whiny, serial refunders.
However, I could use the Boz's approach: "Sure, I can refund ya, but then I'd have to cut off your head..."
That would get their attention.
