Default Looking after your health...

I still have health-wise ups and downs (I am type 2 diabetic)... though it's a lot better than it was 2 or 3 years ago...

It's just a reminder, look after your health! I think health has to be your number one priority... Without your health, you can't do much...

Having said that, I think I've had good success with a "low carb" diet, which I'm (more or less) sticking to. I cut out a lot of starchy carbs... which means limiting bread, rice, potatoes, pasta, etc.

At the beginning, it was quite tough! But then, I found lower-carb substitutes... Like lower carb bread, for example (which I love)... Man, life was hard with no bread...

I also try to walk regularly (at least 6000 steps per day)... I don't feel good if I don't get my walking in for the day... and that's probably a good sign!

How about you...? Do you have any tips you could share which we could use to help improve our health?

Best wishes,

Dien
