So much information out there contradicts each other! It's a confusing puzzle to know what to do.
On another note...
Sweden rejects the low-fat diet they recommend to diabetics in the USA (and many other places). Instead, the Swedes recommend diabetics eat a low-carb, high-fat diet...

I dunno... Those Swedes! All I know is that their low carb, high fat, low clothing (*) lifestyle could be for me!
