To be fair there's only one presidential candidate who has an
upcoming trial for fraud and another
upcoming trial for raping a child but most of the media love this candidate, so they won't tell you that... He has a great record of 3,500 lawsuits - so he's very experienced.
Most of the time he doesn't win or lose, instead he pays up and settles.
Meanwhile, I also consider the other candidate to be corrupt as well (but that's already been covered).
