I once hired a cleaner to help me clean our house (which looked like a hurricane had passed through it). This lady LOVED cleaning! She told me it gave her a feeling of satisfaction at the end of the day, taking a messy place, and making it clean and tidy by the end of the day. At the end of the day, she held that "before" image in her mind, compared it with the "after" image in front of her... and had a great feeling of satisfaction and achievement.
I'm the opposite... cleaning up is a struggle! I'm glad I could pay her to do something which was a great result for me, and which she took great satisfaction in doing as well!
Now, as for the "veggie butcher"... You're right! If you want julienned carrots, and you don't have the equipment to do it for you, a service which will julienne your carrots for you is going to save you some time... which is good.
So you'll have more time to bring in pickups full of cash with some of the ideas on this forum...!
Best wishes,
Dien
