It's against the law to carry a knife - on person or in your vehicle (unless, of course, you're a tradesman and use it in your trade - like an electrician might need one for cutting wires. And unless you're going fishing).

Oh John... we don't rescue women down here. Doing so might imply that a woman is weak and incapable of looking after herself. And that would be sexist. :o)
