My advice is find the owner of the local city business who uses old fashioned
CardBoard and paper Announcements inside the windows of local
small businesses.

Old School but it Works GREAT.

HIRE THEM.

AND

Pay them to mail their list of Opera and Ballet and other Music Related
REPEATED Local Events.

Most likely Some of THEIR CUSTOMERS will attend your concert too.
