Default The Rich Are Often Insulated

In this article that you've linked to Dien, they talk about Fortune magazine and how it was started during economically difficult times, four months after the crash.

It was expensive compared to other magazines of the day, but it had many advertisers and did very well.

People with money, lots of money are usually insulated from the ups and downs of the bad times.

And that's why if you choose to target people with money and offer them complete solutions to their problems at a price that they feel comfortable buying at, then you could do very well.

It beats trying to sell something to people on a budget in bad times.
