IMO, the uncontested expert on publicity is Paul Hartunian. (Others may or may not agree. *g*) You can check out his materials, (he has free stuff, low cost stuff, and stuff you'll need to dig deep for), at www.prprofits.com. (I'm not affiliated with his site in anyway. I just own some of his materials.)

You can do it yourself using Paul's methods. You can send your press release yourself for pennies a page.
