I wanted to publicly thank Glenn Osborn for going the extra mile with me on a recent purchase.
I mailed Glenn an order for his "Tipping Gold" ebook. Somehow the postal service took THREE WEEKS to get my letter to him. (I don't like to use online payment services if I can help it because of a few disasters in the past)
