This is real... An online marketer has been jailed for 8 months in the UK...
His name is Rob Temple, and was a "guru" in email marketing (he co-hosted a podcast on the topic, called "Email Marketing Heroes")...
However, he wasn't jailed for his main business activities. He apparently hacked into the Snapchat accounts of women, stole nude photos, and was then selling them online... without their consent... which is obviously very immoral and also illegal...
(He also had a comedy hypnotist gig on the side as well...)
