Any BUYER has the right to sell the report as is, for no more than 10 bux and/or to use it as a giveaway or bonus if you think it might help you.

Those who have already bought, should jest send an email with permission in the subject header.

So, for 10 bux, you get the report and the right to either sell it (up to 10) and/or give it away as a bonus. Now, I'll support it with answers to questions, but I'm headed into next year doing other things.
