We all have to make money. And I think most of us make it far to difficult.

As for making money...it is about exchanging value...and most often a transaction takes place. The very simple example, paid some kid 25 bucks to shovel my drive.
The further one gets from this model, a face to face exchange, handing money to someone who has provided a service or offers a product...the more steps you add to it, the more work you will have to do.
My opinion is, the ULTIMATE money maker is a AUTOMATIC RECURRING TRANSACTION (ART) , great example: Harvey Brody has Walmart automatically ordering the Zoom Spout Oiler when their inventory shows it is time. And Walmart orders it, and Harvey's surrogates ship it and it has a recurring cycle to it.
Owning an oil well (lease rights) is another example of ART's in action.
And along with making the money, we have ENVIROMENTAL, RELATIONSHIP, THOUGHTS and SPIRITUAL lanes of our highway life.
This year, we will see a BOOM in non-religious spiritual PODCASTS (one of my hot predictions from the FINAL REPORT)...AND who knows, I may even begin a podcast for the GJA SQUARE ONE WORKSHOPS...MAYBE.

The total investment is way less than $100, but it will pay off heavily in clear profitable business activities. This year and beyond. (I got results within 8 days of reading the Chattel Report - and I am a slow learner!)
With the rise of AI, there is still the need for HI. (Yes, that's Human Intelligence. Heard it recently in one of our PMI project management webinars)
Even with AI and so much information available, there will always be the need for domain knowledge in any field. The kind of LLM prompts written by someone who really knows how business is done will be different from those written by someone who just watched a YouTube video on "internet marketing"
There seems to be a conspiracy to keep hyping up activities that keep people tied to routine unprofitable tasks. By reading and apply the above reports, you'll start seeing more of how the REAL world of business works, not the YouTube version.
So I encourage you to invest in yourself this year, now that the year is still young.
