True or Fake?
I've been experimenting with AI concerning image creation.
What is interesting is that the program I am using is NOT considered a top-of-the-line image creation program. Additionally, the program is NOT an image program, per se... but a chatbot. I am talking about ChatGPT.
What is surprising is that I can upload a facial photo of myself and describe the image I want, for example, flying a Spitfire from WW II and bingo, I get a photo-realistic picture of myself flying the famous airplane.
I saw one person in an AI group describe a picture of himself with his arm around the waist of John Wick as though they were friends and Viola! There you go.
Now, as a business idea, I can see product placement, I can see a person being placed ANYWHERE they can imagine without having to travel there for photographic purposes. What's more, if something is not quite right (place the cup in the right hand instead of the left)... it is easily fixed.
AI is getting so advanced, it is getting harder to determine what is real or what is fake.
What is next? The Star Trek Holodeck?
