All of them have "Accidents."
Well. First they get FIRED. Even if "The Law" or a Judge Says the Company cannot Fire them. They get Canned.
THEN they have an "Accident."
A former - Very Savvy Boss TAUGHT Me what to do instead.
My Boss Found out a
VP had a RaceHorse.
A Condo.
Wife And a Mistress.
AND had a clearly visible Contract that was Costing Millions.
Which was no longer needed.
So.
He Wrote an ANONYMOUS Letter to the Board of Directors.
The VP got FIRED.
And only my BOSS and I knew WHY.
IN FACT this is the First Time I have TALKED about it anywhere.
