I was Too Busy to Care Yesterday.

I heard a BUZZ.

Looked over at my Chimney insert. Door open to allow an Updraft of Hot air
to leave the room.

A wasp Flew down the chimney. And then out into the room.

Every other Wasp has Winged it for the Bright light of my Sliding doors. But this BOZO.

OH NO.

He started Bzzing his way around my living room, Dining Room and Kitchen.

WOOPS.

And then he dive moved me. The bright screen of my amazon FIRE got his Attention.

Turning it off.

I chased mr wasp over to the kitchen window. And hit him with a fly swatter.

CASE CLOSE, Right?

NOT EXACTLY.

He Recovered and Flew and then perched on the Glass Door. But by the time I got my fly swatter he DISAPPEARED.

This game of BUZZ and SEEK went on for several hours.

IF you have Ever Been STUNG by a wasp you Understand why I was Pre-Occupied.

END of Story?

Did I successfully Bash his head in?

NOPE.

I think he fell down behind the Refrigerator. And can't fly out.

Or may be a Spider web got him.

Good News - so far.

All quiet on the Air Conditioning Front.

90 Degrees outside.

Cool inside.

The Chimney Flue sucks air out of the basement. Cuz I leave that door open too.
And the Wasp is a Side effect of my Cooling System.

So chilly I sometimes have to turn the Solar Fan off at my Feet.

60 Degrees in The Basement feels Down right Freezing to my tootsies.
