Is there a worse lottery feeling than taking a day off and having your number hit? YIKES, I know that feeling too.
Big Red Daily charges 12 a month, Steve Player (group), Gail Howard, etc., etc. all have BUSINESSES of taking lottery players money, whereas I have a hobby, one that pays for itself, has a significant ROI (27% last year), something I already do.
So, I am NOT doing this as a business, which is hard for younger people to understand...have had several calculator billionaires telling me how much moolah I could make if I had a funnel, upsells, downsells, used pro copywriting and all the influence/persuasion methods.
I'll send out a few states' HOTSHEETS every Sunday night. The time spent is less than a football game, which I can easily listen to while doing it (can't stomach to watch the Browns play)...
It is an old retired man's hobby, which pays its own way, and with the Xtra moolah coming in, may increase my plays...and when the big money hits, goodbye Gordie, he's gone.
One point, a mistake that most make is to play DUE or cold number, whereas data and analytics suggest a Geraldine approach: "when you're hot, YOU'RE HOT". ha.
27% OF PICK 3 HAVE double digits. Drop down to 20%, one if five, and it takes about 200 draws to reach 50 double digits...those charts are where the money is made because wheels and back-ups pay so much more.
Math 80% Magic 20% and so far my magic hasn't paid off very well, you may be able to pull a winning number out of a hat with the rabbit...I need to be lucky and smart too.

Frankly, I have never even seen a local "Hot Picks" or number sheet for the Pick Three games. Any sheets I have seen have been via Youtube videos and the like. It always seemed to me that the ones I saw were selling to the "Lucky" number crowd or the "I've got a feeling that this will work" crowd instead of stats or analysis.
Best Pick Three Story: I tracked that a triple had not hit in several years on a particular lottery in my state... and one particular number had not hit, period. I played that number and won $500.
Worst Pick Three Story: One specific number had not hit on the midday draw ever, and once I found that out, I played the number daily for over a year. I made a point NOT to miss a day. I am sure you can guess what happened....
I missed playing the number on one drawing and it, of course, came up that drawing !
Nowadays, I play only when a big drawing comes up for millions of dollars! Ha! Even so, I have been fortunate enough to win enough money to pay for the tickets.
