You should be able to get the information you want from the Standard Rate and Data Service (SRDS), which lists every mailing list available and an exact description of the list. I believe their phone number is (847)375-5000. The book is pricey, but, invaluable. But, you should be able to find a copy at your local library, which means the cost would be zero.

Or, I would just call a list broker who may have the information. They can often be found in your Yellow Pages under mailing list brokers.

If these things don't work, I would contact Jim Straw, who is an expert in this area.
