Yes, I think you're right Sandy!
I still think it is wise to learn from other people's experiences as well as your own....
I think of it as a kind of "short-cut".... :)

I agree... :)
I also agree it isn't easy to do....
I have a "fear of failure" in business.... I admit it. I'm in the process of overcoming it.... :)
I managed to overcome it in my physics research and in my stock market analysis and investing, and I'm starting to overcome it in business now too....
You have to eventually get out there and DO something, or else you never get anywhere....
My first online business "experiment" was with Entrepreneur-Web -- www.entrepreneur-web.com . I learned a lot, and I know that a lot of people find it a useful resource.... That was where I started -- by DOING something.... Even if I was kind of experimenting and feeling around in the dark....
Did I know a lot about business before I started Entrepreneur-Web? Hardly! To me, it was primarily a learning experience.... I learned a lot more by DOING it than I would have if I hadn't done anything....
Now, I'm building on that experience with Sowpub....

Thanks Sandy.... It made a lot of sense to me, thanks for your very interesting insights! :)
