I just read about this unusual business, which I thought Sowpubbers might be interested in reading about....

The business is.... renting baby furniture! Cots, cribs, high chairs -- traveling parents with young kids don't want to take this kind of stuff with them.... So what better solution than to rent it!

It seems to make a lot of sense.... This shows that there are still MANY unfulfilled niches around.... It just takes someone to see the need for it, then fill it. :)
