Out houses actually have their own fan club, and they are quickly disappearing from the American landscape. Is this an opportunity for the guy looking for a little home business?
If someone were to build new out houses that actually served as mini tool sheds, would they sell?
Done properly, I think this could really take off. Keep in mind that I'm a gardener, but I'm picturing an outhouse with a potting bench that folds out on one side, a little door that opens from the back where all the small garden tools hang, and maybe even a hopper built into that will hold several cubic feet of dry potting soil.
Any other ideas? Or am I just completely crazy?
