Default Re: Don, thought your idea about...

Joe...the "cookware" dealy works in larger cities but the "wash and detail Realtors cars at THEIR offices" can work anytime of the year in any town because Realtors MUST keep their cars clean. It's part of their "office"...and if their "office" is dirty...it gives a wrong image.

In my town they are now getting $135 for a wash & detail. Granted most Realtors may only want their cars "detailed" once a year...but...I'll bet you can get $49 from HALF the agents in any real estate office.

It's the "convenience" thing.

To have their cars detailed at a "detail" place involves LEAVING their car all day (preventing them from showing property to clients) ...AND...they have to have some way to get to their office...which involves having someone else chauffer them.

$49 is well WORTH IT!

Just doing 2 cars in the morn and 2 in the afternoon can bring $200 a DAY....$1,000 a week.

A "$50,000 a year" business that can be started with less than $50 in materials. (If you don't have a vacuum cleaner, you can rent one)

And yet...MOST people will just sit and "look" at these words and conjure up all sorts of reasons why "it won't work" in their area...or..."it involves "selling""! Then go back to wondering how they can find a way to "make money on the internet"....sitiing at their computer just moving their fingers and eyeballs.

HOGWASH!
