Others have picked up on making money with these "Listing Sheets"... and...I've had MANY requests to;
1) Take the Photos
2) Make up "special Brochures"
3) Put the Listings on a special WebSite
...etc

I chose to "keep it simple". I did NOT want to have to hire photographers and Graphics people and others to put together the special brochures that RE agents are WILLING TO PAY FOR.

I chose to "follow the line of least resistance" and....LET THEM DO WHAT THEY'VE BEEN DOING! Which is to...Make Up Their Own Promo Sheets with Photos THEY TOOK with their own digital cam.

All I do is....PROVIDE QUALITY PAPER....FREE....on which they can print out their own Promo Sheets...AND....I provide something on the BACK of my "Free Sheets" which cause "House Hunters" to KEEP THE SHEETS and MAKE THE LISTING AGENT LOOK "MORE PROFESSIONAL".

The operation in Toronto provides a Premier (expensive) Service BUT....they still don't have what "I Got" that makes the Listings on MY Sheets...MORE VALUABLE!....AND....even the Agents selling houses less than half a mill...will want to use MY Sheets.

So...it's nice to know that someone else has picked up on improving on "Listing Sheets" however...I will stay with my "simpler concept" and just provide MY Sheets to Agents...and let my sponsors on the back pay me for my efforts.
