One place you can get health articles and booklets is

http://www.pueblo.gsa.gov

(In particular, click on "Health" in the left hand column.)

This is a site with US Government publications. US Government publications are (in general) not bound by copyright.

where it says

"Works by the U.S. Government are not eligible for U.S. copyright protection." (etc.)

If something is not under copyright, it means you can legally copy it, republish it, and even change it and alter it to suit your own needs...
