As Thanksgiving approaches it reminds of a few years ago when a buddy of mine who had just lost his job stopped over and was wondering if I had any ideas to make some money over the Holidays.

I said hey why not sell Turkeys. He said that’s what grocery store do, yes but do they deliver them fresh to your door? I knew an Amish farmer that raised turkeys and we stopped and said we would take every Turkey he had. Farmer butchered them and had them ready to go when we needed them.

We then rented a refrigerated truck and installed a gobble horn and drove around neighborhoods and sold every turkey we had. Lot of ways to make money if you think about it.
