I had heard of "Private Label Rights" but wasn't aware of the acronym "PLR" - but thanks to the power of a Google search I figured it out...!
(Though all those entries on something called "Public Lending Right" side-tracked me for a while!

I think if an ebook has an unconditional money-back guarantee, it shouldn't be a problem. I don't think anyone would be too "mad" if someone asked for their money back because they have the book already!
Which makes me think also that perhaps a better way to use these "PLR"-type products is to create bonuses - rather than as the main product themselves. I own some "PLR" products which I had planned to use this way (but haven't gotten around to it yet)...
