Thanks for ASKing.

According to Microsoft's Knowledgebase,
ONLY XP Service Pack 2 and 3 and Vista will have the updates,
Else, Windows 95 through Windows XP Service Pack 1 are
Out of Support, hence, You will have to PAY for the Update
with their Support.
MS support isn't CHEAP, either...

Also, have You Ever had to deal with MS Support Before?
Jump through hoops to get to who You need to get to, etc.?

Thanks for Responding.

Yes, it could cause a HUGE Problem, especially since PCs are SUPPOSED to change automatically.

I agree, this won't be as marketable UNTIL there is some form of PAIN,
hence, when March and April roam around.
That's OK, though...
That's what DST-Update is for...
