Haven't seen Lenny Bruce's act but if you want to see a really really funny act by a comedian making fun of all the races out there - check out Russell Peters.
He is of Indian desent (as in Asian Indian) - born in Canada. His act is a riot. He has a DVD out and has come on Comedy Central too.
(He doesn't make fun of various religions - just various countries and races.)
(His videos are available on youtube - but I think they are pirated... not sure.)
