This is a "Club" where YOU investigate contractor's and other TRADESMEN in your area. Check them out thoroughly so YOU are satisfied they are good.

Then...offer your book to the public as a FREEBIE!

Then...in the back of the book you give REASONS WHY the person who received the book should join your "Town Contractor's Guild" for $79 a year.

This entitles them to see the LIST of Contractor's you have verified...plus you also could make up a monthly newsletter of "TIPS"...and also sell ADS to your contractor's.

People in your area will want to join YOUR Guild BEFORE having a Tradesman do anything.

THIS "Guild" is being done in SanFrancisco and Baltimore very successfully...and probably other places I'm not aware of...so it is NOT just a cockamamie idea that "might work"!
