I might know what is happening. I just got the same error. I'm using Norton Internet Security to handle my firewall and anti-virus duties. I had to disable Norton Internet Security and then it worked fine. I also have a similar problem on the Powerlink website, (my ISP), on this machine when Norton is running. It works fine on my laptop. So... if Tom, (or anyone else), is using Norton or some other firewall, they may need to disable to make it work then re-enable it.
