Yes it is a wonderful problem to have, but
stressful none the less.

I have a non-disclosure and non-compete ready
and waiting. I will only reveal so much
before I ask him to sign it. Is that TOO
bold of me?

I personally think it's a reasonable request,
and although I don't like offending people,
I have to draw the line somewhere.
