In this post and another from a couple days
ago, you keep mentioning your "detractors" and
people "attacking" you on forums. I have yet to
see any such attacks, at least here on SowPub.
Dare I ask what exactly are the claims & subjects
of these negative posts? And, have you taken a
serious look at them to see if there really is
some merit to the complaints? While they may be
in the minority, you don't want to overlook feed-
back that could help you to improve your products
and/or service.
