Default My Bodybuilding Career....

When I give a post the title "My Bodybuilding Career" - you know it's going to be a short post!

Henry, thanks for your feedback!

I haven't seen that documentary, but the more I've learned about his life, the more I've been impressed by him. It's hard enough reaching the top in ONE occupation.... but in THREE?!?!?! He's truly a great role-model.... :)

P.S. Oh yeah, on "my bodybuilding career".... I did some weight training in high school and in my early years of university. I had a good friend in high school who influenced me in this, who idolized Lou Ferrigno (he's a bodybuilder who played "The Incredible Hulk" in the 1970s television series). Well, I enjoyed doing it, and I know something about it... But in terms of bodybuilding, I ain't nothing like Arnold Schwarzenegger or Lou Ferrigno. But I still respect these guys as having reached the top of their field. :)
