Sounds wonderful. I have ancestors from Scotland. St. Smith was one of the names. From Midlothian.(I have no clue where that is). I also have Campbell Clan in there as well. I once bought a tie from a Scottish shop with the Campbell Clan tartan on it. Darn if I know where the thing is. Never wore it. I just wanted it because of the tie in, (pun partially intended *g*), to my heritage.

You're welcome. For an interesting twist try sausage patties in place of the ham. And if you're feeling particularly bold, put a slice of cheese on either the ham or the sausage. It's good, filling, quick, and it doesn't cost much to make.
