Does anyone know of any good Pay-Per-Lead or Pay-Per-Sale services I could use for a 'biz opp' I'm currently with. Would it not be possible to use a service where propects could take a look at my website and then get back to the company confirming their interest, and then pay for the resultant lead or sale? I know this might be a bit of a naive question, but I thought I'd ask anyway.
