Has anyone here ever used a SEO firm with great success. I'm looking for an SEO firm that knows what they're doing without giving up my first 2 newborns in the process.

There are literally hundreds of SEO firms on the web, but which ones are good and which ones don't charge an arm and a leg to do the work for you.
