Could you teach me to walk up to someone and start spinning a sales pitch?

As a side question, are there people in the Austin, TX area who would be interested in meeting and, like, practicing face-to-face selling on each other? With critiques, feedback and intensive practice so as to increase our brass quotient? I'm actually closer to Round Rock than Austin, so RR would be even better.
