Re: eshowcase anyone?
I just checked my own eshowcase software license and in Paragraph 2.
Description of Other Rights and Limitations - it clearly states
Software Transfer - You may not transfer any of your rights under this agreement (including all component parts, the media and printed materials, any upgrades, this agreement and, if applicable, the Certificate of Authenticity), and the recipient agrees to the terms of this agreement.
This (and other) concerns were what led to the eGreyl Group being set up in the first place. The other concerns being when Bill Myers sold eshowcase to the current company, the previous owners who had been promised upgrades to eShowcase Version 3 were all left in the lurch.
There may be one or two other people who frequent this board who might care to comment further.

(OK, I'm obviously interested in people who might purchase eGreyl software - I am clearly stating that for the record; and it may be that Your version of eshowcase was sold with a different license; if that is so, please accept my apologies.) :-)
