Love the Food idea. (But Lay off the hot dogs - they'll Kill ya)
Food is going straight UP in price where I shop.
Plus Gardening - cookbooks/Recipes - 30 minute menus
Are all 3 Already Huge niches.
So.
For 2012
I've been thinking FOOD as an INFO PRODUCT as a niche I want to Explore
with ZERO downside.
For example:
I Can Create This E-book:
"How to Turn One Muffin Into a Double-Fist Size Meal"
"Steeeeetch One Box of BlueBerry Muffin Mix into SIX Meals"
Mom is going to be looking for cheap
ways to feed little Johnny and Jane.
And since my mother taught home economics when I was growing up
I've got some REALLY Tasty Recipes to start with.
And
My own kid-like Food Experiments. (I've got some funny stories too. I've
actually burnt up food processors - think smoke and food everywhere
and flames.)
So Thanks for the FOOD Prediction.
I agree it's gonna be BIG!
But I'd rather sell Entertaining Information about Cheaper/Wholesome FOOD
than sell the food itself.
