It's MLT Creative out of Atlanta, Georgia. Wait for the site to load up (sigh), then click on the "Advertising Character Collection" guy in the bottom left. There are four libraries of characters to explore. You can click on advertising characters as they scroll by for a larger view and, in most cases, a capsule description.
