Not a simpler way to make money, but a simple way to get your hotsheets up and running.....
Purchase a quality PLR product...many come with cheat sheets, or even lead magnets...take either of these and expand or modify to make them yours...use the finished product as your hotsheet offering, and then offering a more flushed out version as an upsell to the actual PLR product.
