Like with most Government decisions whether good or bad, it always seems to takes them years and years to put things into place. Who knows if and when it will really ever happen and even if and when it does, Smart businesses and entrepreneurs in China are doing just fine! There's definitely lots of negative talk about the topic But those taking a positive outlook on things are doing just fine...
