I did a bit more digging on Erich Spangenberg and its fascinating. Its fast paced hustler life.
And most people seem to hate him even though he is not in the wrong.
Erich did lose a case against Chrysler recently though.

And his wife is trying to raise a class action lawsuit against Google on a trademark usage in adwords issue.
All in all - very fascinating reading. Would love to pick his brains on how he goes about selecting which patents to buy and actually making the deals to buy them off.
