One guy in Florida, Rick, makes a business,
teaching people how to create sand sculptures.
He charges a group of 1 to 5 people $220 for a 2-hour lesson. He'll teach larger groups of people for higher prices.
He had so much business, he had to turn people away. Now he hires 15 to 20 people, all teaching how to make sand sculptures just to satisfy the demand!
They hold their lessons right at the beach. (No office bills!)
It's an amazing business... If you're living in the right place (with good climate and beaches), or if you're willing to relocate!
