Can't imagine what kind of problems you could have with yahoo mail.

At any rate.. go to the Yahoo home page: http://www.yahoo.com

At the very bottom on the right, you'll find a help button. Good as place as any to start. When you click the "Help" button, the first thing that pops up on the left side of the help page is Mail help.
