It's about a man who, due to the details of a Texas law (called "adverse possession"), it appears is in the process of getting a $330,000 house - for just $16 and some paperwork...
Admittedly, he does have to "camp" there for 3 years... with no electricity or running water!
The house was in foreclosure for about a year, then the mortgage company went out of business too...
