Like Mike, I've read most of the above (I guess SOW minds think alike:-))

I'd add Michael Gerber's "The E-myth" or it's updated version. I first encountered it about 10 years ago and it changed my thinking on how to run a business.

Especially his concept of working ON the business (i.e., deciding what market to target, what products/services to add, testing concepts, etc.) instead of working IN the business (i.e., getting bogged down in the details suchs as detailed website design (unless that's what you do), bookkeeping, etc.).

I've found it's easy to waste time in petty details (especially on the computer) rather than do the perhaps more difficult things that will actually bring in money -like sales calls, writing and testing ad copy, etc.
