Show us how they define their market & then how they create their sales message / materials to reach them.
Also, how about something on getting the marketing ball rolling? I've noticed many folks tweak and piddle with their "marketing materials" a remarkably long time, fretting over the details forever before actually getting their product or service "to market". How much "preparation" is enough? Or rather, how *little* is enough to just get going?
