What should you get your beloved on that day?
I just read an interesting article about some interesting recent research...
Using surveys of students from San Francisco State University, researchers found that students who had bought themselves a
material gift, were less happy about the purchase 3 months later than students who had bought themselves an
experience...
That suggests that, for Valentine's Day, it's better to organize a candle-lit dinner (which is an experience) or go parachuting (another experience!), rather than buying your beloved a beautiful watch (which is a material gift)...
